Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Equinox Roleplay Tebex Store are for digital goods, virtual items, services, or other in-game benefits.

Because these products are delivered digitally and may be provided immediately after purchase, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued after digital or in-game benefits have been delivered or made available to you.

• Refunds will not be issued because you changed your mind, stopped playing, left the community, or no longer wish to use the purchased product.

• Refunds will not be issued for purchases made in error, including purchasing the wrong package, vehicle, item, upgrade, or other product.

• Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended, removed, or permanently banned from Equinox Roleplay for violating community rules, policies, or Terms of Service.

• Purchasing from the Equinox Roleplay Tebex Store does not provide immunity from server rules, administrative action, suspension, or removal from the community.

• Players are responsible for reviewing the current package description and any applicable requirements before completing a purchase.

• Availability, features, and contents of packages may change as the server and community continue to develop.

Please review the applicable store listing and ensure you understand what is included before completing your purchase.

You should also check the Equinox Roleplay Discord for current announcements, availability information, or other important updates that may affect a package.

If you are unsure about a product or believe there is an issue with a purchase, please contact Equinox Roleplay staff before attempting a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate transaction, or an issue with the delivery of your purchase, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in the associated account being restricted or removed from Equinox Roleplay, where permitted by applicable rules and law.
